Nicole Ferro

Nicole Ferro is an experienced retail and customer operations professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations for Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri since June 2019, Nicole previously held roles at Charming Charlie as General Store Manager and Senior Assistant Store Manager, as well as a Department Manager of Brand at L.L.Bean, where recognition was received as a Move and Improve company winner. Nicole also excelled at Victoria's Secret, achieving Platinum store performer status multiple times across different roles, including Merchandising Manager and Product Manager. Nicole is equipped with a degree in Esthetics from B Street Design School of International Hair Styling, earning in 2008.
