Rochelle Parker

Rochelle P. is an accomplished nonprofit executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri since June 2024, Rochelle P. focuses on strategic vision and leadership to advance the council's mission. Prior to this, Rochelle P. was the President & CEO of the Child Abuse Prevention Association from February 2014 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing fiscal, operational, and strategic initiatives to combat child abuse and neglect. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at KVC Health Systems and Vice President of Development & Communications at The Family Conservancy, where fundraising and strategic planning were key contributions. Rochelle P. holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Liberty University and has multiple degrees in business and nonprofit fundraising.
