Julie Lampe

Julie Lampe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie began their career at Family & Community Services, Inc., where they held various roles, including Domestic Violence Specialist, Women's Advocate, and Coordinator at Safer Futures. In these positions, they provided crisis intervention, developed service plans, and facilitated art support groups for clients. Julie also trained and supervised staff, volunteers, and interns.

Later, Julie joined the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, where they held multiple positions, including Membership Development Specialist, Membership Volunteer Program Specialist, and Community Membership Manager. In these roles, Julie focused on membership growth and retention by establishing strategic partnerships, overseeing recruitment and training, and developing new service unit models. Julie also managed teams, collaborated with cross-functional departments, and monitored volunteer performance to enhance the overall membership experience.

Julie's more recent positions at Girl Scouts of North East Ohio include Manager of Service Unit & Troop Support and currently, Director of Product Sales. In these roles, Julie has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams, providing ongoing training and support, aligning strategies, and streamlining processes.

Julie Lampe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from Kent State University. Julie has also obtained several certifications, including an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2022, a Women in Leadership Certificate from Weatherhead Executive Education in 2022, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
