Deb Karolin

Deb Karolin is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background. Deb founded a strategic financial planning and analysis company and served as the Finance VP Director Officer. Deb also held various roles at Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland, including VP Finance, AVP Finance, and Director of Finance, where they oversaw fiscal processes, accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Prior to that, they worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Consultant, Finance Director, and Controller, where they provided forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning expertise. Deb also played a key role in decentralizing finance operations and optimizing performance. Earlier in their career, Karolin worked at Denison University as a Manager of Financial Services, where they developed long-range strategies and oversaw cash management and investment programs. Overall, Karolin has a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Deb Karolin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the same university. Additionally, they completed the Nationwide Insurance Leadership Development Program.
