Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE, plus bonus

Your Role:
As the Community Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of Community Engagement Specialists in executing recruitment efforts and promoting Girl Scouting through various channels. This role requires a strong background in event planning, team leadership, inside and outside sales, MEDDIC qualification skills, and effective communication. You will be pivotal in driving membership growth and engagement by coordinating with families, community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders invested in youth development.

How You Will Succeed:
You will leverage your extensive experience in event planning, sales, and team management to develop and implement SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) recruitment strategies. By fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team, you will execute digital initiatives, host signature events, and collaborate closely with Service Unit Volunteers, Outdoor Program, and Communications teams to exceed recruitment goals.
Competencies & Responsibilities:
Your Expertise:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Knowledge of the Girl Scout organization and mission.
Proven success in driving event attendance and generating leads quickly.
Understanding of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Preferred bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nonprofit management, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
