Shannon Evers

Shannon Evers has a strong background in nonprofit leadership and fundraising. Shannon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Prior to this, they held the same position at the Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations and stewardship of the Council's assets. Shannon also held leadership roles at the Girl Scouts of Western Washington and the Girl Scouts-Columbia River Council, where they managed fund development and marketing efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Fund Development Director at the YWCA of Greater Portland. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in diversifying revenue streams, managing budgets, and developing fundraising programs.

Shannon Evers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Sports Marketing/Management from the University of Oregon. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in March 2006. In January 1993, they also achieved the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of the USA.
