Brenda Wong

Brenda Wong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both youth leadership and technology. Currently serving as a Regional Board Member for the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council since January 2016, Brenda is responsible for managing projects that enhance skills in the local community, and has received the Volunteer of Excellence award in 2019. Prior to this role, Brenda held various positions within the Boy Scouts of America, including Assistant District Commissioner for Roundtable and Unit Committee Chairperson, contributing significantly to the Scouting experience for youth and adults. In the technology sector, Brenda has over a decade of experience as a consultant and analyst with companies like Corporate Staffing, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Capgemini America, specializing in SAP ABAP/4 programming and implementation. Brenda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
