Ellen Chin

Ellen Chin is the current director at Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. Ellen has also worked as the senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Weatherford from July 2012 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the global team of more than 250 HR employees, including Generalists, Specialists and Trainers. Ellen also served as a change agent in implementing improvements that reflected new leadership strategies and drove efficiencies. Prior to their work at Weatherford, Ellen Chin worked at Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and JDH Capital Company.
