Gina Murphy is a seasoned professional in volunteer management and nonprofit leadership with extensive experience at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council since 2003, progressing from membership roles to the position of Volunteer Development Director. In this capacity, Gina supervises staff to enhance volunteer retention and support across 26 counties in southeast Texas, employing data analysis to inform strategies.
