Allyson Israel is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and program development. As the Entrepreneurship Program Manager at Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona since September 2022, Allyson focuses on creating an innovative entrepreneurship program for middle-school-aged Girl Scouts. Previously, as Development Coordinator at The Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter and Sanctuary, Allyson developed comprehensive annual strategies for marketing, fundraising, and donor relations. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Arizona, Allyson has also held various roles in tutoring, research assistance, and community outreach, demonstrating a commitment to educational and organizational excellence.
