Jay Whalen

Jay Whalen is the current director at Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Jay previously worked as an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche from September 2002 to May 2013.

Jay Whalen has a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MS in Accounting from Seton Hall University. Jay is also certified as a CPA.
