Crystal Gaines

Crystal Gaines currently serves as Manager of Council Partnerships at Girl Scouts of the USA since July 2023. Previously, Crystal held the position of Executive Director at Girls on the Run Central Florida from March 2022 to May 2023 and was the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of South Carolina-Mountains to Midlands from 2018 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at KIPP Charlotte and Chief Transformation Officer at Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey from 2012 to 2017. Crystal's earlier roles include various educational and operational positions, such as Elementary School Teacher in New Jersey and Florida, and Education Specialist at Boys and Girls Club of Tampa. Crystal earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida Gulf Coast University.
