Ken Distefano

Ken DiStefano, Jr. has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various companies. Ken currently serves as Deputy CFO at Girl Scouts of the USA, providing financial management support to the organization. Prior to this, they worked at EY as a Senior Management Consultant, focusing on finance transformation for clients. Ken also held the position of Global CFO at Mars, where they managed a team and provided financial support to various functions. Additionally, they worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as the IT CFO and Controller. Ken began their career at Ernst & Young, where they held several roles, including Director and Global Lead. Prior to this, they worked in financial and leasing roles at Leasing Solutions Incorporated and Global Processing Alliance.

Ken DiStefano, Jr. earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University from 1990 to 1994. Ken later pursued an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark from 2001 to 2005.
