Lester Bernardez

Lester Bernardez is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Operations Distribution Center Manager for Revenue at Girl Scouts of the USA since January 2022, overseeing daily workflows and managing materials handlers. Previously, Lester held two managerial roles at Walmart—Inbound Area Manager and Outbound Area Manager—where responsibilities included training staff and managing safety and production protocols. In addition to this extensive experience, Lester interned at the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development, learning about labor standards and workforce development, and also contributed to the Boys' Club of New York, mentoring urban youth. Lester holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
