Mica Minor

Mica Minor has extensive experience in program management and leadership within nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Program Delivery and Volunteer Experience at Girl Scouts of the USA, Mica has also held multiple roles, including Program Operations Manager and Council Staff Training Manager. Prior experience includes Director of Girl Experience at the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, where Mica provided strategic direction for high-quality programming and community partnerships. Additional roles include Regional Territory Director at OnSite Dermatology, Office Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing at Signature Wellness, and Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist II at Noven Pharmaceuticals. Mica's diverse background is complemented by earlier positions such as Contract Trainer for the Girl Scouts Hornets’ Nest Council and Director of Special Events for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as experience in scheduling for US Airways. Mica holds a degree from West Virginia University.
