Garrow Kelly has extensive experience with the Girl Scouts of Western New York, where, since September 2008, Garrow has served as Senior Volunteer Experience Manager and Membership Manager, focusing on growing girl and adult membership and creating recruitment events. Prior to this role, Garrow worked at Reeds Jewelers / Jenss Décor from September 2000 to September 2008 in Special Orders. Garrow's educational background includes attendance at North Tonawanda High School from 1985 to 1987.

Girl Scouts of Western New York, the preeminent girl leadership organization, currently serves 15,000 girls and 7,000 adult volunteers. Adult volunteers conduct a variety of age-appropriate programs and opportunities for girls at the troop and service unit level. Girls also participate in council-wide projects.
