Nicky Mack

Nicky Mack is an experienced Registered Nurse and Program Manager in community care management, currently holding a position at Blaze Health since January 2020 and at North Memorial Health since December 2006. Nicky's responsibilities include managing health care home care coordinators, MSHO case managers, and community education classes, along with providing clinical support in an ACO network.
