Patty Toenies

Patty Toenies currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee for Girl Scouts River Valleys since February 2023. With extensive experience at Xcel Energy from January 2004 to February 2024, Patty has held various roles, including Senior Consultant for Transmission NERC Compliance and Manager of Distribution Operations Performance & Planning, where responsibilities included strategic business planning, operational effectiveness, and performance governance. Notably, Patty directed a $60 million project for automating gas and electric meters and led the Sourcing Services team with an annual budget oversight. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for Store To Door and working as a Manager at Cap Gemini (Ernst & Young), specializing in Supply Chain Management. Early career highlights include serving as an Operations Team Leader at ICI Americas, Inc. Patty holds an MBA in Supply Chain from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
