Clare Akumu

Clare Akumu is a Program Assistant at Girl Up Initiative Uganda and an advocate for girls and young women's inclusion. Clare also serves as a facilitator under the Adolescent Girls' Program. Prior to this, Clare worked as a Peer Educator at Plan International Uganda under the Niyetu Youth program, focusing on sexual reproductive health education for young people. Clare is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Makerere University Business School.
