The Community Engagement and Development team at Girl Up focuses on empowering and mobilizing girls to drive grassroots initiatives that advocate for gender equality and support the development of their communities. This team manages outreach efforts, coordinates events and campaigns, fosters relationships with local leaders and organizations, and provides resources and training to help girls amplify their voices and create lasting change. Through strategic collaboration and community-based projects, they aim to enhance the impact of the Girl Up movement in Southeast Asia and beyond.
