Baker, MHRM, OLCC, is the Founder and Principal Coach of Kutu Baker Coaching LLC, specializing in executive and leadership coaching for high potential leaders, women in leadership, BIPOC individuals, and social innovators. With experience in career transitions and professional development, Kutu Baker also facilitates team development and offers consulting services in change leadership and Human Resources. Currently serving as a Leadership & Career Coach at Chicago Career Consulting and Chair of the People & Operations Committee at GirlForward, Kutu Baker has held significant roles in global leadership and organization performance at Ingredion Incorporated and various human resources positions at Abt Associates, Loyola Medicine, PeelMaster Medical Packaging, and Lawndale Christian Health Center. Kutu M. Baker holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Trinity Christian College.
