Francesca Cowling

Francesca Clements is a corporate communications professional with a diverse background in marketing and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Communications Lead at Girlguiding since September 2021, Francesca previously held the position of Communications Officer at YMCA England & Wales from March 2020 to September 2021. Francesca also worked as a Marketing and Communications Officer at Stockport Homes Group and as a Marketing Support Executive at Pareto Law. Earlier experience includes editorial positions at Aceville Publications Ltd, where Francesca served as Deputy Editor for Your Fitness Magazine and Editorial Assistant for Homemaker Magazine. Francesca began their career in communications as a Student Ambassador in the Marketing Team at the University of Lincoln, where a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in English and Journalism was earned, following A Levels and GCSEs from Mayflower High School.
