Ivy Shi is a dynamic professional based in the education and business sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of Operations for Girls For Business, where management of a team of over 150 students and coordination of more than 30 chapters highlight leadership capabilities. Ivy has facilitated mentorship for over 250 students and organized numerous virtual events while also publishing biweekly business publications. Additional experience includes positions as a Product Management Intern at Favs, Project Coordinator at Great Hands Hospitality, and Incubator Fellow at Wharton’s Venture Lab. Academic contributions encompass research assistant roles, co-authoring significant papers in multimodal learning and personality psychology. Ivy is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at NYU Stern School of Business, following completion of education at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong and Troy High School.
