Aaliyah Thomas

Aaliyah Thomas is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and customer service. As the Healing Justice Program Manager at Girls for Gender Equity since October 2021, Aaliyah provides trauma-informed services, co-facilitates program groups, conducts individual coaching sessions, and collaborates on curriculum development while supervising interns and youth fellows. Prior work includes roles as a Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines, Receptionist at Downtown Psychiatric Group, and as an Intern at Brooklyn Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities. Aaliyah holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Baruch College.
