Johanna Masis is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in program development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Program Quality, Training and Assessment at Girls Inc. of Alameda County, Johanna has previously held positions such as Program Director at Oakland Leaf Foundation, where responsibilities included coaching site managers and fostering partnerships with community stakeholders. Other notable roles include Program Director at Language Alive!, Youth Programs Director at Bladium Sports & Fitness Club, and Site Coordinator for Community Educational Services. Johanna’s career began as an Assistant Language Teacher in the JET Programme and as a World Religions Instructor at Villanova Prep School. Johanna holds a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Holy Names University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
