Girls Inc. of Alameda County
Nelzy Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and a minor in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley. With experience as a Media Communications Specialist and Digital Media Producer at the Centers for Educational Equity and Excellence from February 2019 to November 2023, Nelzy has also volunteered with organizations such as Girls Inc. of Alameda County, East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, and has served as a Gallery Attendant at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive. As a National Scholarship Recipient from Girls Inc. and a Program Participant for four years, Nelzy has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational equity and community engagement.
