Elizabeth Wian

Elizabeth Wian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising and development. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Girls on the Run International since August 2015, Elizabeth has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President and Executive Director, focusing on empowering young girls through innovative, running-based programs. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Brand Ambassador for Mother Earth Brewing, enhancing sales and branding efforts across multiple regions. Additional experience includes leadership positions with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, where Elizabeth significantly improved fundraising efforts, and the Southern Regional Model United Nations, where Elizabeth managed conference operations and communications. Elizabeth's educational background includes a BA in Political Science and Mass Media Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
