Ivory P.

Ivory P. is a highly experienced professional specializing in legal, enterprise risk management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Legal and Enterprise Risk at Girls on the Run International since March 2019, Ivory P. leads the enterprise risk program, advises senior leadership on various legal and operational matters, and oversees intellectual property protection. Previous roles include Manager of Legal & Risk and Co-Chair of the IDEA Commission at the same organization. Ivory P.'s prior experience also features positions as Director of Learning and Development at Emerald Youth Foundation and Lecturer at the University of Tennessee, along with extensive human resources roles at B&W Y-12 LLC, Washington River Protection Solutions, ADP, Target, and The First Tee.
