Craig Holley

Craig Holley is Chairman of Pinnacle Financial Partners in Chattanooga. Previously, he was Chairman, President, and CEO of CapitalMark Bank & Trust, which he founded in 2007 and sold to Pinnacle in 2015. Craig has served on numerous boards in Chattanooga, most recently serving as the Chairman of the Board for the Hunter Museum of American Art. In addition, he is a former member of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Board of Atlanta. He was the 2012 Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year and is the 2021-2022 Rotary Club President-elect. Craig and his wife, Terri, have chaired a number fundraising campaigns and events including Siskin Star Night, the Community Kitchen Fast Day campaign, the ArtsBuild annual campaign, and most recently the Hunter Museum Spectrum Gala. In 2003, Craig was the United Way Campaign Chair.
