We’re not just imagining a future of confident, skilled and able female leaders—we’re building them.

Girls Under Construction CIC bridges the gap between young women & the Construction Industry. Our ongoing aim is to:

🌟 Make the Industry more appealing & relatable to GenZ📱

🌟 Increase the number of young women being inspired & enlightened about the industry💡📚

🌟Increase the number of diverse young women entering the Industry👩🏿💼👷🏾♀️👩🏽💼

🌟 Continually build & support our ever-growing Community Network of young women across career areas in the Industry🫂

Until we see the industry we desire to see, we will continue to help build, inspire and connect young ladies as they develop into thriving women across the Industry. 🫡 #HopeMission
