Krystal Zamora

Krystal Zamora is currently a Senior Associate at Girls Who Code, working in Development Operations. Krystal has been with the company since June 2021, and in their current role they are responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the Development team. Prior to their current role, Krystal was a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee at Girls Who Code. In this role, they worked to create a more inclusive environment within the company and to close the gender gap in tech. Krystal has also worked as an Associate in Partner Development at Girls Who Code, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Girls Who Code's partners.

Before joining Girls Who Code, Krystal worked as a Development Associate at University Settlement Society of New York. In this role, they worked with various programs to help 40,000 New Yorkers every year achieve healthy, stable, and remarkable lives. Krystal began their career as Chief Of Staff to NYS Assembly Member Michael Blake in May 2017.

Krystal Zamora has a Master's in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hunter College. Krystal is also certified in Raiser's Edge bCRE from Blackbaud.

They are on a team with Ximena Santiago - Manager, Digital Giving, Genevieve Ferris - Manager, New Business, and Lina Duldul - Associate, Development Operations. Their manager is Laura Meli, SVP, Development.
