Poonam Mantha is a Senior Manager of Communications and Public Relations at Girls Who Code. Poonam has also worked as the Director of Media Strategy at the Vera Institute of Justice, an Account Executive at BerlinRosen, and a Publicist at Penguin Random House. Poonam has also worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant and as a Publicity & Marketing Intern.

Poonam Mantha graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Poonam then became a Visiting Student at the Government Program of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Lastly, they attended Arcadia High School.
