Kristen Dickey

Kristen Dickey is an advisor at Girls Who Invest, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at BNY Mellon for one year, Aperture Investors for two years, and Marstone, Inc. for three years. From 1996 to 2017, they worked at BlackRock in various positions, including global head of financial institutions group, global head of investor relations (corporate), and global head of equity index product strategy. Kristen retired from the asset management executive role (managing director) in 2017 after 20 years with the company. During their time at BlackRock, Kristen gained extensive experience in securities analysis, risk management, and sales/marketing.

Kristen Dickey has a Master of Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Pitzer College.
