Ellen Rae Huang

Ellen Rae Huang is an accomplished professional in development and event management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Girls Write Now since July 2023, Ellen has previously held significant roles including Director of Special Events at the Korean American Community Foundation from January 2021 to July 2023, and Director of Special Events & Individual Giving at StoryCorps from June 2016 to May 2020. Earlier positions include Manager of Special Events & Individual Giving at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and Meeting Planner at Phase Five Communications Inc. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
