Vanessa Rousseau

Vanessa Rousseau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational performance analysis. Currently serving as an Analyste performance organisationnelle and PMO Analyst at GIRO since November 2015, Vanessa previously held the position of Continuous Improvement Project Manager at WeighPack Systems Inc. and contributed significantly to Gebo Cermex Canada Inc. (Sidel) as an ERP Project Manager, where a comprehensive ERP Strategy Plan was developed. Vanessa's expertise encompasses leading project management methodologies, enhancing IT project processes, and successfully managing selection processes for ERP systems. Earlier roles at Sidel Canada Inc. included leading continuous improvement initiatives and playing a pivotal role in the implementation of internal project management processes, further supported by a Mechanical Engineering degree from Université de Sherbrooke.
