Tamar Gogua has a background in finance and banking with experience working in various roles within the field. From being a Credit Expert of MSME Banking to a Senior Risk Manager and Head of Micro Express Loan Risk Analysis Group, Tamar has demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, credit analysis, and loan management. With a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Tamar's career has also involved product ownership and process management within the Agile methodology framework. Currently serving as the Global Head of HRIS Department at Girteka Group, Tamar brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement to the HRIS team.
