Amy Runaas

Amy Runaas has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Amy began their career in 1999 as a Case Manager at JR Katz, where they managed the application process for life insurance, conducted policy delivery and service, and communicated with clients. In 2002, they moved to Mesirow Financial as a Case Manager, where they managed the underwriting process for life and disability income insurance, negotiated offers with carriers, and analyzed current policies for new marketing opportunities. Amy then joined COUNTRY Financial in 2015 as a Business Retirement Specialist, where they verified and processed contributions and loan repayments, calculated distribution amounts, and processed investment trades for qualified plan participants. Amy is currently an Account Manager at GIS Benefits, Inc. since 2015.

Amy Runaas attended Eastern Illinois University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
