Chad Sinclair has a diverse work experience that spans several roles in different companies. Chad started working at 1ST TEAM Staffing Services, Inc. in 2011 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting and attracting top-tier talent. Chad used various online and print methods to solicit candidates and built strong relationships with the company and clients. Chad later became an Assistant Branch Manager at the same company, where they monitored and addressed the branch's productivity in sales and operations. Chad collected data on team members' productivity and addressed any deficiencies. Chad also managed branch payrolls, addressing discrepancies on a weekly basis and reported sales figures to the company's Operations Manager. In 2015, Chad joined Baltimore Social as a League Supervisor, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at GIS Benefits, Inc., which they started in 2019.
