Tony Spicci is the current Executive Director at GIS Certification Institute. Tony has also served as the statewide Geographic Information Officer and as a Lieutenant at Station 8 for Boone County Fire Protection District. For twenty years, they were the driver of Truman the Tiger on their very own firetruck at Mizzou football games.
