Cphr Jessica Ross

Jessica Ross, CPHR has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jessica started their career at Red Robin in 2004 as a Manager and worked there until 2007. Jessica then joined The Keg Steakhouse + Bar as a Manager and stayed with the company for eight years. In 2015, they joined Nasco Staffing Solutions as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2018. Jessica then moved to SW Event Technology as a Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2020. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at THIND PROPERTIES LTD from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they became a People and Culture Manager at EllisDon and worked there until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Talent Recruitment and Human Resources at The Gisborne Group.

Jessica Ross, CPHR, completed their Human Resources Management Certification from Simon Fraser University in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Print Futures Professional Writing from Douglas College from 2001 to 2004. Currently, Jessica is working towards obtaining a Charter Professional Human Resources designation from CPHR BC and Yukon, which they started in 2020. In March 2021, they became a CPHR member, earning a certification from CPHR BC & Yukon.
