Bob Yardis

Bob Yardis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. since February 2021, Bob consults part-time following retirement. Prior to this role, Bob was the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Structure Tone from November 1999 to April 2021, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Management. Additionally, Bob contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University from 2009 to 2019, creating and delivering a course on Human Resources in Construction for the Masters degree program. Bob's previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at P F Collier / Atlas Editions, Maxwell Communication Corporation, and Pergamon Press, encompassing responsibilities in human resources, facilities management, and information technology. Bob holds a BA in Sociology and English from Franklin & Marshall College and graduated from Horace Greeley High School.
