Nina Norrgård

Nina Norrgård, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nina started their career in 2000 as a Compliance Officer at Nordea, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they took on the role of Risk and Compliance Officer. Following this, they served as the Head of Trading and Treasury Operations from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they became a Senior Credit Manager at Nordea, a position they held until 2011. During their time at Nordea, they also served as an Expert Service Operations Officer from 2011 to 2019. Currently, they are the Process Owner at Nordea. Alongside their roles at Nordea, they also served as a Board Member at Gislen Software starting in 2008.

Nina Norrgård, MBA, obtained their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from Uppsala University in the years 2001-2003. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc in Economics from Uppsala University between 1989-1998. In addition to their degrees, Nina has obtained certifications including the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google and a Swedsec license from SwedSec Licensiering AB.
