Molly Haro

Molly Haro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and merchandising within the beauty and retail industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for North America at Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi since January 2023, Molly previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales at Biossance from January 2021 to January 2023. Additional roles include Director of Global Retail Merchandising at Morphe and various leadership positions at SEPHORA, where responsibilities spanned merchandising, brand management, content marketing, digital business development, and eCommerce merchandising. Early in the career, Molly worked as a Merchant at eLuxury. Molly holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara.
