Sarah Perham

Sarah Perham has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent position being the Vice President of People at Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent & Culture at ASOS.com. Sarah also held various roles at L'Oréal, including Global HR Director, Sales Activation, HR Director for the Consumer Products Division, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager. Sarah began their career at Capgemini Consulting as a Management Consultant in Employee Transformation and later worked at EDF Energy as an HR Business Partner and HR Graduate.

Sarah Perham completed their undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a first-class honors at the University of Bath from 2005 to 2009. Sarah then pursued a Master of Science degree in HRM & Org Analysis at King's College London from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Level certificate in CIPD from King's College London in 2010-2011.
