Yagmur Karabulut

Yagmur Karabulut, Ph.D., is an experienced project manager specializing in international technical and financial cooperation projects, particularly in climate change mitigation, adaptation, and environmental governance, currently serving at GITEC Consult since June 2018. Yagmur holds diverse leadership roles, including Managing Director at Mavi Consultants, overseeing initiatives in urban resilience, sustainable finance, and environmental risk assessments. Yagmur's expertise extends to origination of voluntary carbon credits and technical assistance for environmental infrastructure projects.
