François-Xavier des Rieux has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. François-Xavier started their career at Blanchard SA in 2013 as a Worker. In 2014, they worked as a Grape Picker at Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair and also completed a Marketing Internship at GLOBE Groupe. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Media Contact Services (MCS) as an Events Organization Intern. In 2016, they joined EEIE - Ecole Européenne d'Intelligence Economique as a Junior Business Intelligence Consultant. At ArianeGroup, they served as a Geopolitical Risk Analyst from 2016 to 2017, where they established an Intelligence Portal and analyzed open-source data. François-Xavier then transitioned to the cybersecurity industry, working at CybelAngel as a Cybersecurity Analyst from 2018 to 2019 and as a Customer Success Manager from 2019 to 2020. François-Xavier further developed their expertise at Alsid, a cybersecurity start-up, as a Customer Success Manager from 2020 to 2022. François-Xavier then joined Tenable as a Post Merger Integration - Customer Success Manager from 2021 to 2023, contributing to the integration process after a merger. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success and Account Management at GitGuardian since 2023. Throughout their career, François-Xavier has demonstrated strong customer relationship management skills, cross-team collaboration, and a focus on customer success.

François-Xavier des Rieux completed a Bachelor's degree in Law with a major in English from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences with a major in English from the same university. François-Xavier then went on to attend Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's degree in International relations, security, defence. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, François-Xavier pursued a Master's degree (M2) in Business Intelligence from EEIE - École Européenne d'Intelligence Économique.
