Alexander Booth

Alexander Booth, Ph.D., currently serves as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at GitHub since August 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist at Specialized Bicycle Components from June 2020 to July 2021 and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Corvus Insurance from September 2019 to May 2020. Alexander completed a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of New Hampshire, where a Master’s Degree in Physics and a Master’s in Analytics were also earned. Undergraduate studies were conducted at the University of Maine, resulting in Bachelor’s Degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering.
