Ben Burkhalter

Ben Burkhalter is an experienced professional in customer success engineering and product management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Customer Success Engineering at GitHub since August 2021, Ben focuses on unifying engineering teams to enhance self-help success and customer satisfaction while driving revenue through innovative products. Prior to GitHub, Ben held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including Director of Product Experience, and at Amazon, managing product support models for Echo devices and overseeing international content integration for Amazon Video launches. Ben's career also includes project management and content acquisition roles at Point Inside Inc, Getty Images, and earlier positions at Hidden City Games and Seattle Audubon Society. Ben holds a degree from the University of Washington.
