Frank Soboczenski

Frank Soboczenski is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of York since April 2023, while also holding a position as Research Staff at Northeastern University since May 2022 and as a Research Associate at King's College London since May 2017. Soboczenski specializes in developing novel methods for automatic bias assessment in randomized controlled trials, utilizing advanced natural language processing and deep learning algorithms. Notable expertise includes extensive work with transformer models and explainable AI/NLP applications. Additional roles include serving as GitHub Campus Advisor and Academic Advisor for the European Commission, alongside mentoring as part of the NASA Frontier Development Lab. Prior experience includes working as an Intelligence Analyst for the National Crime Agency and contributing to NASA SpaceApps challenges.
