Mindy Guzman

Mindy Guzman is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Responsible AI at GitHub since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mindy held several positions at magniX, including VP of Operations and Program Management, VP of Quality and Program Management, and Head of Quality from January 2020 to December 2024. Mindy's experience also includes serving as Head of Quality at VICIS from May 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing a Quality team and successfully onboarding the first Contract Manufacturing partner. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at Boeing from March 2012 to May 2018 as a Quality Program Manager, instrumental in constructing the 777X Program Quality Plan, and as a Quality Project Manager for the 787 Program. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Washington State University.
